2 DLT & TRAI Compliance

As per the regulations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), all users sending SMS within India must comply with the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) registration.

• Users must register their Principal Entity (PE) ID on DLT platforms.
• Headers (Sender IDs) and Templates must be approved before sending.
• We are not responsible for SMS delivery failures due to non-compliance with DLT rules.

3 Usage Policy (Anti-Spam)

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards spam. Our platform must not be used for:

• Sending unsolicited marketing messages to numbers registered on DND (Do Not Disturb).
• Promoting illegal activities, fraud, or phishing scams.
• Sending abusive, threatening, or obscene content.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4 Payments & Credits

All services are prepaid. SMS credits purchased have a specific validity period. We do not offer refunds for unused credits once the purchase is processed, except in cases where the service failure is from our end.

5 Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, [Your Company Name] shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in SMS delivery caused by telecom operators, network congestion, or technical issues beyond our control.
