Required Documents for
DLT Registration Process

PAN Card
A copy of the company’s or individual applicant's PAN card is mandatory for identity verification and tax compliance.
Business Registration Certificate
Any one of the following: Certificate of Incorporation, GST Registration, Udyam/MSME Certificate, or Shop Establishment License. This proves the legitimacy of the business.
Letter of Authorization
A letter authorizing the individual to register and operate on behalf of the organization. Must be printed on the company letterhead and signed by an authorized signatory.
Proof of Identity (POI)
Identity document of the authorized person (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License). Used to validate the representative.
Proof of Address (POA)
Company address proof such as utility bill, lease agreement, or GST certificate showing address.
Consent Letter
